Maybe it was just not the right day when we went but we had a very bad experience.
We went on a Saturday evening at 7pm.
Drinks came at 7:45pm
Margarita came at 8:15pm (cold)
The main course (1 pasta and 1 pizza) came at 9:15pm.
The ambience was very nice and the staff very friendly as well. But the food was okayish and the service extremely late.

Excellent hotel.
Very close to main train station.
The staff members are really helpful.
There is regular cleaning of the rooms.
Not a lot of options for vegetarian breakfast menu but other than that 10/10 for the hotel.

Absolutely amazing place.
We ordered bread with muhammara for snacks followed by bazaar parmigiana, bbq shish kebab and oven roasted veggies for the side.
All of them were very delicious.
Would highly recommend the bazaar parmigiana.
The staff was very nice and the atmosphere was spot on.
It is very pricey but worth it.
