I can not recommend the Cowshed Spa.

I use to come here years ago because of their great therapist.

So last week, I Had a 280 € booking.

I was there 15 minutes earlier.
Girl 1 seated me on the table.

20 minutes later, I went to reception and did ask Girl 2 what happened to my treatment.

Information was: it starts soon.

Ok well…..thanks for letting me know.

After another 10 minutes I went again and then Girl 3 said, oh, did my colleague not tell you the therapist is on the way.
Well No, no one told me anything.

At least, for this delay they could offer to go to the sauna or ask for a Tee or coffee.
And not let me sit around stupidly for half an hour.

It was not welcoming at all and I didn’t feel
Treated like I know it from other spa facilities where you get embraced and welcomed.

I waited again and then the therapist came.
Massage was good thank you.

Then I had a facial.
It was very basic, for 130 €.
Would not do it again there a much better places like Wheadon in Berlin.

I am not coming here again.

On check out she did not even want to print me the invoice/receipt that I did ask for.

There was no good bye.
Have a great day, hope to see you soon again or anything..
she said nothing and talked to some other client then.

The reception staff is not welcoming and it is a bit soulless so to say.

Atmosphere is a bit like a public pool by now, toilets and showers all had wet floors.

No slippers had been given out, so you go barefoot from the cabin to the showers and toilets. I don’t think this is hygienic either.

Unfassbar unfreundliches Personal.
Super dreckiger Laden, Pappschild mit kein WC direkt ans Fenster geklebt.
Autowaschanlage völlig überteuert und reinigt nicht.
Personal super arrogant und total fehl am Platz.
Preise völlig überzogen.
Macht lieber ein Späti aus der Bude, Tankstelle ist das nicht.
