Ada Bunea

Tried the restaurant for Dining Week in week 42/2021. The 3 course menu was tasty and filling and the vegetarian/vegan option was quite good too. The restaurant is small, but cozy, and our waiter was nice. In my opinion, the place is similar to other Letz Sushi restaurants, meaning that it's pretty good, but not very special.

This place has some fresh fruit and vegetable options which you cannot find elsewhere in AMS. I chose to eat here because they have soup and salad. The bread and the banana bread were quite nice. The prices are high for the food quality, but that applies to everything in AMS.

Had lunch here on a Sunday just before catching a flight. The buffet has many options, such as dim sum, Chinese dishes, sushi, Mongolian barbecue, sime European salads and lots of German-style sweets, and the quality of the food is reasonable. The staff was nice and the price was reasonable (20 eur for the buffet and 5 eur for a tasty home made ice tea).

We tried the weekend brunch buffet and we were very happy with the food. The mezze were pretty good, the warm food selection was ok, and the desserts were great, and overall there were definitely plenty of options. Water, tea and coffee (both regular and with cardamom) are also included in the buffet.
The place is not fancy, but it is nicely decorated and quite cozy. Despite being fully occupied, the main room didn't get too loud, and you could even hear a bit of background music. I would recommend booking online for the weekend brunch, I'm not sure about other times.
