Staff are incompetent and clumsy. Went to send a parcel and wanted the label printed. The guy serving dropped my parcel then he stuck the label on wrong.

The member of staff serving at the till with the blue jacket, on his phone, wearing headphones did not greet me when I walked in and said to him hi. When I selected my items and went to the till he only said the total price of my items and that was it, no thank you for my custom, no bye, nothing. The shop needs to be more friendly and engaging with customers.

More than one occasion I have come to this shop and seen a deal only for the staff to lie and say its either the "wrong price" or "it's not included" so they don't have to sell it for that low price. They need to clearly label their products with the correct price and highlight EXACTLY what is in their offers.
