very local place. pick from buffet style offerings. owner helped out with english. food was pretty good. large portions. park bike anywhere close by. free bread (as usual). recommended by budget focused travelers who want a local change.

the dreaded QR code menu, so knock off 2 stars for that. the rest was good. good coffee and tea and the service was very polite and kind (refilling the water without asking adds a star). indoor seating with a small garden to look at. clean. popular spot but worth it just the same.

great place; seems like a public library. spent an hour just reading. first two floors are a small nonfiction library (400s-900s upstairs). have a decent rare books collection. spent the time reading a new book about the kashoggi murder (which occurred in Istanbul). free entry and staff kind but leave you alone. a great place to relax in quiet with a book for free.

fantastic view and ambiance. quick service. ample parking. the food was fine; not bad, not amazing. it seems their specialty is alcoholic cocktails, which we didn’t have but would seem to be a good place to spend the day. worth a shot.

good place to kill time waiting for appt at US Consulate. simple but good design for such a place. open air. coffee was good; 15-20k.
