Been coming to the Hilton in Sydney for years. I always look forward to ending my trip to Australia before returning to Ireland. Great gym and wonderful rooms.
My only negative is the breakfast used to be so impressive. This visit it was very Hampton Inn style. Everything from the eggs, beans and coffee are as cheap as you can get. A city famed for its food and hospitality, the Hilton feels truly lost. Low quality left, right and center.
As a Diamond member I really think the surcharge for hot items is cost cutting( service enhancement apparently). Value the frequent stayers.
