I just went through a really difficult phase of my health, where I needed an operation for a massive thyroid goitre and had to get my entire thyroid removed. This clinic turned out to be the most accessible and easily available surgery option for me, and looking back on that experience, I think it was also the best option for me anyways.
I admit I was a bit nervous about the entire experience at first because it was all very new for me. French isn't my first language (I'm Canadian), and live with a neurological condition that means I require a lot of patience for me to process instructions and big decisions properly. That patience, space, and time to process what was required of me was something the entire staff consistently provided. I also appreciate the strong sense of compassion others showed me particularly during the extended periods of anxiety and pain that were part of the recovery and treatment process. The entire staff was also very warm and welcoming to my family, particularly my husband and my mother who spent a lot of time at the clinic during appointments and the recovery period pre and post surgery.
Just wanted to also give an honourable mention to Dr. Clare too, an absolute saint of a GP who does so much for the local anglophone community in eliminating barriers in access to care. Would personally recommend this clinic to anyone in my circle of family and friends.

Even though I didn't end up going in person because of a cold I was resting off, and sent my husband to Imad's shop instead, I was defiantly impressed with how quick and high quality the results were. I broke my laptop screen while travelling and chose Imad because he came highly recommended by my expat friends. I am used to days, sometimes even weeks being normal wait times for Apple product repairs.
Much to my surprise, Imad took a few hours and I am thrilled with the results. That is such a huge relief, because my laptop is such a key ingredient of my livelihood and so many other aspects of my life too. The laptop looks as good as it did the first time I bought it and I can read the text and images displayed on the screen again, shukran Imad, you were a real lifesaver!
