Great venue for a small to medium size party. Friendly bar staff who actually pay attention, .
Prices are pretty fair for town too. .

New sound system built in the venue. Sounds great. . need a bit of a tweek when it's a soul or reggae night .but I understand it was set up as a rock venue originally. .

Been here twice and will go again .

I was there dropping my dog off to a dog minder, as I was going away, however the park was closed for work.. so I'm not able to comment on it as I didn't get to see much.

However it's nice to see that some at least of the green spaces on the city are being protected and looked after.

Chicken was really dry .. however it was close to closing time, even though that's no excuse. . I guess that's what you get for buying chicken at 1:30 am, anyway I gave it to the dog who didn't care .

Nice clean and pleasant place to eat, staff don't pester you like in some places lol.

Food was tasty and you get great helpings. . I had some curried tender lamb, ordered mild, however it burnt my mouth out . Needed some milk to help calm my mouth. . I can handle quite hot curries and jerk chicken etc.. but this was really hot.

My partner had extra hot and was sweating to say the least.

That's the only meal we tried but the foods tasty, the meats tender and if you like a bit of heat then definitely try the tender lamb.

Not cheap but also not super expensive either however the portions make up for the cost so great value overall if you want a full belly.
