I purchased a pair of pants and it needed alterations to the hem. I was texted 6 days later to pick up the pants. To my dismay when I got home- no alterations had been done. The place where a fold had been marked by pressing it with my fingers was still visible. This is very disappointing and shows no customer care whatsoever especially after I was messaged by the Mango Retail store to pick up garment after 6 days of waiting. This is unacceptable.

Varta battery was bought through your company on 18/6/2018 but i was told it had only 1 year warranty. All other auto parts centres offered 18 month warranty on Varta. Will not use this company again.
