Definitely very far from 5-star hotel and we had a bad experience in terms of customer service and staff behavior. Here I am mentioning some key issues:
Rooms were supposed to be ready by 2 pm for check-in, but they were not ready. we had to wait until 3:45. We have been waiting with all of our luggage. Despite multiple complaints, no response was received.
A dressing chair was broken. Reported an hour after check-in, but the hotel initially tried to charge us. It required a heated discussion with several staff members to convince them that the damage occurred before our arrival, and we hadn't used it.
Significant construction around the hotel caused noise disruptions starting at 8 am daily.
Multiple issues in the rooms were overlooked before our check-in, indicating a lack of a thorough inspection (plug-in hanging from the wall, leaking toilet hose, broken door security guard). I have attached photos and videos highlighting these issues.
