A very dated mall that has all the necessary shops. A decent food court. Tsepas is a very nice bakery/pasty shop at the ground floor. Over all a very basic mall.

Currently the best Grocery store for residents of Tirupati Campus. The store offers home delivery. They are stocked up on fruits, vegetables, dairy items and alomst every grocery and item.

There will be two guys at the entry welcoming you in showcasing their menu, stating that the well spread mezze is complementary. The mezze is good and filling it itself. Overall, the staff are attentive, and the food is good. It has ample indoor, outdoor and rooftop seating.
