Pretty good variety of shops and dining establishments for a neighbourhood mall. Layout is not confusing despite there being two wings. Spacious design and comfortable enough when you avoid the peak hour crowd. Parking design is straightforward and there are ample, easily accessible lots for motorcycles. This is a Class A mall that should be the benchmark for all neighbourhood malls!

No idea if it's the management or resident's decision to allow deliveries to be made via service lift only. It's 2024 and it's Singapore, are we still persisting with class apartheid?
