This place deserves recognition for doing the effort of preserving traditions and doing things the old way. They cook the meet with wood charcoal witch it’s the first time I see it in Europe. They cook it horizontally instead of vertically.

The bread is baked there , so you get it fresh from the oven.

Outstanding vegan restaurant in Paris. It’s delicious. Come before 7pm or expect 1hour waiting at least for a table.
