Ruby Stevens

Really poor customer service considering how expensive the products are. I was ignored for 10 minutes before being served, and then when I was served the staff member was distracted and kept moving boxes etc around without really acknowledging me. He was very uninterested and it wasn't a pleasant experience.
I had also come in a few nights earlier and a different staff member was there. He just remained on his phone the whole time and completely ignored me.
I hope the bag is better than the service!
