It’s really interesting that on each 1 star review, the client “is not on their database”. I was a loyal client of Gemma’s for many years, then when she moved on, I was seen by Sherri-Lee who left one side of my brow completely paralysed with too much Botox and when I made a request for it to be fixed (I was going to a wedding…) I was brushed off, told it would be at my expense to fix and that was that. I was in tears, spoke with their medical doctor Tracey, who at least showed some empathy, and I decided not to pursue my complaint due to feeling intimidated. So when you respond that I’m “not on your database” perhaps these names of staff may jog your memory that I attended your clinic for several years and referred several friends to you in the past.
