We had a very complicated situation with purchasing our Sienna caused by the pandemic. We had to wait over 18 months; however, the General Manager, Brian Schmidt ensured that our wait time would be seamless and hassle-free; he applied a custom approach to our situation by letting us purchase a similar vehicle that was available at that time purchase, but in a different colour and shared with us that regardless the arrival time of our initial order he will ensure that we'll get our desired colour when it becomes available. Rest assured, the South Pointe Toyota dealership delivered its promise and made our experience memorable. This is our fourth new family vehicle, but our first time purchasing a brand-new vehicle at this dealership and we can confidently share that compared to other dealers this is the most professional and efficient service provider.
