Absolutely disgusting customer service, then when I called he lied saying he wasn't the cashier/employer. Man seen me standing waiting go enter shop and wouldn't open. This was 1pm. Will be taking this higher.

Whilst my children were playing with the balls in the water I had one of the workers walk up and ask for one of my children to give him the ball they were playing with urgently and then walked over to another parent with their child that he happens to know on a friends basis and gave the ball he took from my daughter to the other child. Meanwhile there were balls in the pool that wasn't being played with he could have taken.
Not happy. Took from a happy child to give to another and left the happy one upset not a cool thing at all. So very disgusted in his behavior.

Then to call and make this complaint and to find out it was the actual owner who has done this!!! How disgraceful!
