Excellent and clean mall. Clean, modern, well kept washrooms on every floor. Comfortable seating sofas each floor.

Simple in design, not wide, and goes up vertically makes the mall easy to navigate. Excellent location near the boardwalk/malecon.

No Starbucks in Oaxaca. This is the next best thing. This place literally saved me cause I needed to do work:

1) has wifi
2) has electric outlets
3) has coffee/mocha drinks hot and cold
4) has food
5) has spacious seating

I explored around zocalo zona, this is honestly the best place with all these factors in mind ( eg other places might have better coffee, but no electric outlets )

Excellent park with a swimming pool, a outdoor fitness area, playground for kids and overall nice atmosphere to relax.

There are nice random cats living at the park that seem to be ok with receiving pets.
