Mr Van Damme

You can park your car comfortably in the adjacent streets. Then a walk over a trail with steps and a small bridge, not hard but not accessible with strollers. Amazing views of the bay area. The tower itselve is undergoing renovations so you can't visit it.

Ok bar, nothing special. They do speak English.
