Our safe was broken the two nights of our stay. But the room and location were great. Value to price excellent and overall super pleased. Bring your own toiletries as the ones there were sub par. Overall, would return and loved this little hotel in a fantastic location to the palace and historic district.

The sales clerks are not helpful and SUPER unfriendly. This is why business for items such as they sell at Kustermann is moving online. I'd rather buy from Amazon and save money when the shopping experience is so poor. The guy in the pan department couldn't be bothered to help me pick out a frying pan. He was curt and unfriendly, focused on some task on his computer station. He offered no information or opinion on the vast range of pans in the store. When I got home I saw the same pan on Amazon for 5 Euros cheaper because I had to look it up to see if I could get some information on care of the pan since the clerk offered none. I think I will return my pan to Kustermann and buy it on Amazon instead. It's a shame because Kustermann is a BEAUTIFUL shop in a BEAUTIFUL location. Maybe the management will read all the reviews about unhelpful staff and do some customer service training.
