Very good customer service in the beauty hall floor. All staff are incredibly helpful!
Food and portion sizes are great. Great communication from store staff on the delivery as well.
The food, service, staff and whole atmosphere of the restaurant cannot be faulted.
I would recommend booking in advance as the place can get busy. If it is your first time doing hot-pot this is definitely a good first experience, I would definitely recommend speaking to the staff before you order if you have any questions as they are happily open to answer anything.
It’s pretty much €30 (depends on whichever broth you decide to choose from) per person for an all you can eat hot pot. There’s a lot to choose from and they also offer dessert as well. The quality & quantity of food you can choose from is amazing and we had an authentic dining experience. The staff were amazing and consistently checked on our table.
10/10. This place will thrive. Will definitely come back when I visit Hamburg again!

Very interactive and kind & friendly staff.
However, the whole booking process ruined the experience as I am an English-Native speaker. When booking the tickets, within the description it says the tour is available in either German or English - but they didn’t specify the dates they are on. So I was under the impression they run English tours throughout the day. Then come to find out they only do it on weekends and I came on a weekday. Luckily I had a friend who was able to translate for me, but they should include this in the description when booking instead of just on the FAQ page as it can be very misleading. Hopefully I will have a better experience with the Berlin one.

Visited the aquarium here.
They provide free lockers to store your things in and have a range of animals that you can interact lively with as well as a large tank. The atmosphere is beautiful and during the weekdays it is not busy at all.
Would definitely come back!
