Never Ever trust Online purchases from Zara Home. I like the quality of products, and I always buy Zara Home. But when it comes to Online purchases, it is awful. I bought several items in the off-season and asked them to deliver them to the Pack station, but every time, the parcel returned without my confirmation because the parcels didn't fit into the Pack Station. The problem is that I notified them about this and asked them to change the address to my apartment. They didn't do this and, and by repeating this, took all the items I ordered and said it is out of stock now. It is really unbelievable.
