Excellent customer service! I go to to Gravis for the last 25 years, and they always consulted me very well regarding my computers, iPhones and any accessories. They are also very helpful in the technical service. Whatever problem I had, they always help if it was at their center at Ernst-Reuter Platz, Kulturbrauerei and in Friedrichstraße! And the advantage is that in other cities they have also a technical service! Just loving it. I would not go anymore to these huge MAC Flagship stores, which may look pretty but that's it. And I don't want to know what they spend on electricity and heating.... Thank you Gravis that you are there to support! -> Again a year later I came back and they could solve the issues of my computer no one could! Congratulations and thank you again !!!
