Maybe at other times it's better, but as of Feb 2018, it's partially under some sort of construction or grass protection that put up fences, making it very difficult to actually get into the park. It didn't feel particularly safe, even though it's right on Ku'damm, because it clearly isn't taken care of. Lots of good puppers brought here, though.
