Edit: The deposit was returned today.
After almost 3 months since I moved out they still keep my 9000dkk deposit with no intention of giving it back. They don't reply to your emails; if you call them, they always come up with excuses and assure you they're working on it just to forget about you seconds later.
I will not elaborate on the fire alarms, dirty common areas, falsely advertised 24/7 security, staff shortage issues but misappropriating money is a fraud. I'd suggest to avoid this place at all cost.
