I tried to cancel my booking online, which you can only do by writing to them or call them, but I never got a reply when I texted them. Then when I showed up, since I didn’t want to pay a penalty fee, my booked appointment had disappeared in the system. Coming all the way, I decided to get the nails done anyway. The result was okay, but it was definitely better with the previous girl. The new girl was very blunt and had the music volume turned up super high, as if it was some kind of club. Then after I had the service done, they started to talk about how their service was too cheap and should be raised. Overall it wasn’t a very pleasant experience
