We are new to Spain, moving here from the US. We needed a local bank to enable us to pay bills. None of the recommended banks had good reviews. We took a chance with this Santander branch. Everyone there has been extremely helpful. We speak some Spanish and the employees speak a little English. We paid our taxes with one person, opened our account with another and set up our renters insurance with yet another. All were patient and attentive, walking us through each step of the various processes. Even the clients are kind - several times other bank clients helped us navigate the check-in kiosk. We did find other branches to be less gracious, but this location has never disappointed us.
