I joined F45 Nerang 9 months ago and it's has now become a highlight of my day. The classes are great, the team training is motivating and the Members and Coaches are an awesome group of people who have created a wonderful community! I am very glad I found a gym I actually want to stick to. Highly recommend F45 Nerang.
