Always a good time for the kids. Theres lots to do and enjoy. Good selection of hot food and cold snacks. Avoid coffee, tastes like dirty water. After refurbishment we loved the upstairs area, so comfy and easy to relax. Kids enjoyed the ball pit slides too.

What a wonderful afternoon tea experience! Nothing was too much trouble, great selection. Scones so buttery little sweet treats fresh and hitting so many flavours. Amazing tea selection. Beautifully presented. Will be back for sure, without children hopefully.

Me and my 2 children had a wonderful time together. We love going here. Even though the weather was terrible. We had great time in soft play area, watching animals being fed and in the tearoom. Service was incredible and the staff cheerful attitude is always a bonus and definitely made us stay longer and spend more. Can't wait to visit in the warmer days.

Easy to navigate, lovely selection, went only to look for Hello Kitty bits for my child, found plenty and staff was helpful whilst we had questions. Queue for tills, but thats nothing unusual. What I enjoyed the most is the easy parking for baby and parent. Such an easy solution and quick entrance without faffing around the parking.

Easily accessible and kept clean. Did go in early hours without staff being there. The gym was fairly busy for Sunday morning but still all equipment was available and working.
