Very unfriendly service. We were 20 minutes earlier than our reservation. But there were only 6 persons at the restaurant. All tables were still empty. They let us wait a long time before seated. They let us understood that they were not happy with our early arrival. Online we saw a good lunchmenu with good prices. But there we got a complete different menu with expensive prices Ik asked for the lunch they published online. Then we got the other menu. Some minutes later there were more German People who arrived. They got bread and olives for free, we didn't. The big cola zero was not a bottle but a rather small can full with ice and the cola had a strange light color, more wather than cola. The food was certainly okay, also big portions. But then we asked for the Bill. We could only play cash. She asked for the amount but we didn't saw the Bill. Because we were with a Company of 6 People we wanted to split the Bill. Ik had to ask twice for a print out and had to wait an incredible time for it. When we finally got it, they asked for the pizza's double the price than the price published on the menu. Just no words for it. Just don't go there, they really don't deserve costumers.

Very good service. They have a good and clear communication at whatsapp. Good and fixed prices. You can trust them completely. Friendly and carefull drivers and everything goes as agreed. Luxury vehicles. Water and WiFi on board. We were one hour and a half delayed but the driver was waiting very patiently at the exit of the airport. No waiting fee was charges. Also the pick up at the hotel was good on time and perfect in every way. Thank you for the loyal service

We hadden op voorhand een combiticket besteld voor siroop wafelfabriek en Gouda cheese experience. Voor de siroop wafelfabriek moest je het tijdslot reserveren maar voor de cheese experience moest dat niet, zo de info op de website van het combiticket. Daar aangekomen nog drie uur ruim voor sluitingstijd, bleek het overdruk en werden de deuren tijdelijk gesloten. Men vroeg ons na een uur terug te komen. Na een uur nog steeds hetzelfde, werden we opnieuw weggestuurd. Kregen de uitleg dat dit ook zeer uitzonderlijk was, dat ze dit nog niet voor hadden gehad. Doch het is zomervakantie, dan moet je hier toch beter op voorzien zijn. Derde keer wouden ze ons nog eens een kwartier laten wachten, vroegen dan naar de mogelijkheid om ons geld terug te krijgen. Ging niet. Mochten uiteindelijk toch binnen. Museum is informatief en leuk maar meer gebaseerd op kinderen, je voelde aan de medewerkers ook dat ze onze wachttijd met vriendelijkheid trachtte op te lossen. Voordat we aan de kaasproeverij konden beginnen die overigens heel lekker en voor ons het leukste deel was opnieuw 20 minuten moeten wachten... Al bij al zouden we het op deze manier zeker niet aanbevelen.
