Really nice noodle corner in Chongqing style! I ordered the most representative noodles with beans (which you could see everywhere along the streets in Chongqing) and it was wonderful. Very authentic on the soup taste and spicy degrees 😁 For sure it is a bit different, but it is totally understandable since you'd meet the German legal requirements on food hygiene 🤭 and you cannot keep pepperoni the same as fresh as in local kitchens. The noodle itself was in homemade flattening shape -- different from the conventional ones in Chongqing (which is usually mass-manufactured), but I even prefer this version! The fried pork was authentic as well, kind of out of my expectations. Will definitely come over and over again once I'll be in Cologne!

This is one of the rarely seen authentic restaurants in South Germany, which in Northeast-Chinese (Manchurian) and Korean style. Really authentic, even better than those in some South-Chinese cities. The taste always comforts my homesickness - I'll definitely be here everytime when I'm in Stuttgart!
