When paying 25 bucks at a nice place like the Duplex, you would expect some good service, but no, the customer service is bad ! The staff (not all of them) are pretty rude and unwelcoming. And I’m mostly talking about the ladies at the entrance. Some of them starts screaming at you, if you’re a second to slow. Okkk fine i guess their job must be pretty hard, and it must suck to be stuck there the whole night, but customers are at the heart of their job, like they could at least try pretending they care.
And keep that bad attitude for themselves.
The club should train and teach their employees about the importance of customer service. At least the basics of agreeableness. Just because they’re successful, doesn’t mean they should neglect crm.
