Visited for the first time a few days ago. Easy enough to find, and a really good play area! The kids loved it! We booked the last slot of the day, and unfortunately a lot of the food options were sold out. Probably to be expected in the school holidays but seeing as this slot runs over dinner time it would be nice to have more options, especially as the very few vegan options were gone.
Other than that we had a great time, the whole place is lovely and clean and the staff are polite and helpful. We'll be revisiting, but probably earlier in the day next time 🤣
For public transport, it's about 5 minutes from the main road so you can hop on and off the 101 by the petrol station.

I started attending church lane dental practice but when I needed an emergency appointment sooner than they could get me one, they offered me one at oriel which I snapped up due to the sheer amount of pain I was in. I didn't catch the name of the dentist I saw but he was brilliant (27/7 @3pm if you can credit him!). I absolutely hate going to the dentist and after covid forced a big gap in my visits I got into the routine of avoiding them, so I was very nervous!
The dentist I saw was empathetic with my situation and sought to resolve it asap, and after an x-ray we were both quite shocked to see something that is apparently quite rare, my wisdom tooth was not only impacted under the next tooth but it had eaten the root of it and caused an abscess as well. The only option was to extract the tooth on top, which I was very glad to hear! 😂 The extraction itself was quick and painless, and the dentist took the time to show me the tooth and explain what had happened to it. I also got to take my tooth home as a souvenir 🤣
Thank you so much to oriel dentists for fitting me in asap and letting me walk out with the problem solved (my previous practice would have me do a consultation and then book another appointment to have it sorted!), and also for doing it so quickly and easily. I will definitely be sticking with oriel/church lane from now on.

Good range of play equipment for all ages. Nice big space and a bonus that it has a fence all around. Two picnic benches and plenty of shade as well
