A straightforward and easy appointment with good service. I had a nice gal and was attended to from the time I entered the office. Someone checks your qr code when you arrive, then you get checked in with your passport at reception. You’re then guided to the waiting area where I barely waited a few minutes. In total the appointment took 25 minutes from start to finish. The gal who processed my application was lovely and set the expectations of what was to occur during and after. As long as you properly read the website guidance and upload the correct documents properly — it should be an easy process (for a spouse visa extension). Also make sure to not pay for your appointment on the booking portal, there are free appointments if you click through a few weeks out.
