I had one of the worst experience with this management. I had booked couple of rooms thorugh GoIbibo and made the full payment. I just made a call to confirm on the same after 3 days of my reservations. I was informed that they couldnt trace the reservation and will give a call/feedback post 1 hr. Only GOD knows when that 1 hr will come. Even after made couple of reminder i didnt get a response. Fortunate that i made a call for enquiry, if not i would be standing in the roads on my original day of check-in or they would have demanded higher price.
Cheap business tactics. Appreciate if people can learn some basics of business ethics.
