Our entire family wants to THANK YOU for all that you did for us during our vacation. We are so appreciative of the way you handled the situation we found ourselves in and made accommodations for us at another house. The house you put us in was just gorgeous and we really enjoyed our stay there. The house was perfect/clean and had such a nice layout. It was great for everyone including our special needs child. Because of your great customer service, we will be booking all our trips through Outlook Holiday homes in the future.
