In my honest opinion the only negatives after owning a lodge for a number of years are the owner Mary (you must call her Mrs Bendel) and her son ‘the manager’. They are just awful people. You cannot criticise them or even give them constructive feedback. If you do… they’ll hound you out until you leave (and always at a financial loss). Their rules are very restrictive which is a shame because the site is well positioned. Lastly, there’s an increase in the number of floodings and these pair only have to smell a flood and they’ll be banging on your windows to get you off the site immediately. Mary is particularly rude to all of the site customers and I’m amazed by all of these other comments as I didn’t see any of this ‘friendly’ business they’re on about.
