Absolutely trash service! Such a rude and disrespectful customer service at the counter! Yes my son was a couple of minutes late but he didn't need to be treated like a 2nd rate human being. What the heck is the matter with you lot? A bit of kindness goes a long way. Sheesh a bit of professionalism is a must.
Look if you're not happy at your job do the rest of us a favour and quit, yes that's to you the lady that was at Jetstar Auckland counter today at 9am-10am 13/07/23.
There were cheaper flights to rebook with you lot but paid an extra $100 for a flight with Air NZ. Never going to book a flight with Jetstar again.

Excellent service from the receptionists to the doctor I saw. Dr Lana is highly recommended. It is very difficult to find a doctor who is as professional and empathetic as her.
