Why provide a service if you don't even pick up the phones.probably on silent all day. Was on the phone 2 hrs straight. Then another 3hrs straight. Then another 1.5 hrs. No one picked up. Did this for 2 days. Gave up. Obviously what they want to . Should spend time on training staff how to deal with a complaints service. No wonder the first thing the automated message says is that they have a 'no abuse tolerance policy. People are understandably upset for being ignored. I will complain about this service. Outrageous!!!!!!!
