Best pastry in Hong Kong so far. Their pastry work is incredible, buttery and indulgent. Huge selection of both sweet and savoury pastry and they also serve sandwiches and salads. The sandwiches are a good size and they fill you up for brunch or a quick bite. Coffee is also of good quality, they use Kimbo coffee which is Italian brand from Napoli. Good good good. I keep going back. Very good price as well, 2x cappuccini with oat milk, 2x pastry is 143 HK$.
Great place for breakfast or brunch, the wait is always not too long for sitting in. Their English breakfast is very tasty and the sausage is extra good quality despite is not quite an English sausage. I asked to remove the dairy and they cooked everything without butter which was great. Their yogurt bowl is also delicious made with coconut yogurt. Recommend for either a savoury or sweet breakfast.
We went to the Clifton knowing that it’s one of the new Bib Gourmands in Bristol this year. The food didn’t disappoint. Glorious mushrooms and blue toast, super tasty asparagus with tarragon mayo and incredible fish course. The service however is below average for a place that is on the Michelins Guide, as food is not everything. There has been no explanation of the menu and little knowledge of the wines. Atmosphere is relaxed, although it remains a slightly overpriced pub that serve super flavoursome food.
