When I arrived a woman showed me where to park (easy to find) and then it's the beginning of "you need a Sarong to enter, I sell Sarong, come to my shop". I'm glad at that moment I read the previous reviews.
Just say to the woman you're gonna check first if you need a Sarong at the entrance. She's gonna follow you but don't mind her.
(I am really tired of the behavior "come buy this". I can understand that it's their job/ livelihood, but sometimes it borders on harassment.)
Enter fees is 50k and that INCLUDES a Sarong.
For the temple : I was completely alone while visiting it, not touristic at all. It's nice but nothing more. If it's on your way why not but I wouldn't recommend to make your trip according to this temple.
