The worst service i ever got at tim hortons. Its not the first time this is happening this happens everytime i order my coffee my usual order is always flavoured coffee but this is the third time i ordered online and when i visited the store they said they are out of what i ordered for the third time in a row. I asked for the replacement of tiramisu cold brew to fudge brownie iced latte and that too not made correct. Fudge brownie usually have some topping over it but i dont know what they did. Tasted like hazelnut and chocolate syrup in the coffee. And latte itself suggests steamed milk even though its iced but the employee added just straight oat milk to my coffee which was not what i expected. And the most pathetic thing is employees are too busy talking to each other and not giving the best customer service ever. I tried not to post a review but this is becoming a sequence everytime i visit.
