Would just like to thank Emma for her customer service, I visited the Crawley store today as I was looking for something for my grandchildren. Sounds easy but with 1 being 11 and the eldest being 19 it was hard to find something for them with such a wide range of gifts and gadgets. Emma was extremely polite she even greeted me as I entered the store, when she saw me looking confused she didn’t think twice about approaching me to offer me some help. She answered all my questions without hesitation and seemed to have a lot of background knowledge about the products in store. About 45 minutes later with the help of Emma and her team I managed to leave store with presents for both the children who might I add absolutely loved them when they were given them. Thank you Emma and the Crawley store. Would recommend to anyone. The staff are so friendly. Won’t go anywhere else now!! Thank you Emma for such a fantastic experience!
