I was initially drawn in by the swanky, bright-light store facade at EyeLabs in Navi Mumbai. However, my experience quickly soured after purchasing a couple of reading glasses. Despite paying ₹3000 for them, both pairs broke within just 2-3 weeks.
When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was met with unhelpful responses. First, they promised to call me back after a few days, but that call never came. Frustrated, I visited again a month later, only to be told, “too bad, buyer beware.” It’s disheartening when customer service falls short, especially considering the premium prices they charge.
In summary, I cannot recommend this shop due to their lackluster customer service and expensive prices. Buyer beware indeed!
