"Began the journey on an ecstatic note, car pick-up was smooth and staff were pleasant. BUT, car return left a huge dent in my wallet. I was charged a good RM1606, inclusive of RM106 service charge!?!! Like really? Service charge?? Thanks to a dent in the windscreen that either I failed to pick up before driving off or as a result of environmental conditions e.g. stones on the road that got thrown into the air) that was beyond my control. My advice if you must book with this company, scrutinise the entire car, not just the body of the car which is usually the focus. Windscreen, mirror, etc. Guys, I hope the price I paid for this experience will serve its purpose in helping you avoid these kind of situations. I have rented with other companies and its the first that I have been charged for damages not caused by me. Thanks Keddy Europcar for ending my holiday this way.
