Bad experience: Today, I booked a flight for my family with Indigo scheduled for 10:35 AM, a Delhi to Bangalore route. However, I haven't received any proper updates about the flight yet. They've given various excuses like fog and claimed issues with the cabin crew's health, providing baseless and poor reasons. Due to this, my family has been sitting at the airport since morning, distressed. My suggestion to everyone is, before booking tickets with Indigo, check their reviews. For the issues my family faced today, I'll file a complaint in the consumer court with all the necessary evidence.
