While the residence itself is okay and infrastructure is average. Ramky is very very poor in post sales customer care.
Sales and CRM is responsive only till handover
Their first two year maintenance is going to be hellish. You wont get anything apart from standard response.

Pleasw note, as per Ramky officially, facilities like ATM etc are 'provision' provided by them, bringing actual ATM is residents' job.
For several months we had to deal with digi only. Now you see ACT because of a select few residents escalating and going to ACT to get connection done..

For one year, not a single upper management of their maintenance has reached us for a feedback. You raise a helpdesk ticket thats more complex, it will be resolved without your approval.

Its going to feel not a serviced community, rather that they are doing you a favour.

Please remember to check this : generator backup is 500W for the whole house. This means, if you work on a desktop for example, you can't work in power outage. I requested on a good faith that increase a 100 watts but they flat out closed the ticket. They were not sympathetic towards work from home situation.
This is not one instance. Overall, its a laid back response system.
