It has been a very bad experience since I bought this flat. When I used to give a call for a delayed payment you used to tell me that I would be charged interest. Plumbing work in your payment summary was supposed to be initiated at the end but you asked for it with RCC work for level 11. Now after taking the whole amount of the flat you are told to wait for one year which is absolutely not done. If you were delayed for one year then you should have informed me long back. You are giving a reason which is totally unacceptable. Who is going to bear my interest to the bank and rent for one year delay. After I spoke to one of your executives she replied it is mentioned in agreement. The point is if someone knows that they are delayed for a year to give possession then they should have informed in advance. You can't just inform them after taking the complete amount. I never expected this would happen from a developer like Lodha.
