When we arrived before our trip, parking was fine, and the shuttle was waiting for us. However, we waited almost 1 hour for the shuttle to show up after calling 3 times. There were 8 of us, and the driver told us if he could fit everyone to come back with our own car and pick the rest of our group. Then, once we arrived at the car park, I couldn't get my vehicle out. I politely asked them to move 1 car out of the way for me, but instead, they tried to guide me out. I knew I couldn't get my pickup out of the spot, eneded up scraping someone's car while the attendant guided me even though he said I was ok. Finally he moved the car and I had ample room. Sorry to the Nissan maxima beside me. He also almost hit another car.
