A lovely and classy lunch buffet will always be expected here at Gallery cafe in Radisson.
Spacious dining area, a separate section for mocktails, since it’s a non alcoholic hotel. The buffet spread was amazing with a variety of Indian, Asian, Italian and continental cuisine. Also their a la carte menu has a variety of choices.
Kudos to the chef here for bringing an innovation to the food, with a fusion of Indian and international cuisine, the flavours blend really well. Must try the fusion version of Mutton Pepper masala, cooked well in a medium spiced gravy with bell peppers, a dash of Italian taste to the Indian gravy. Amritsari fish, basil chicken, chicken Aglio olio, and from the a la carte must try mushroom salt & pepper, stuffed chicken with bhut jholokia sauce and banjara chicken kebab. Their in house halwai and bakery serve the best desserts, Baklava and gulab jamun cannot be missed.
